For the sake of Easter, I found these Brunomagli: Nirsa Shoes.

It looks like they have a pretty thin sole although the description says it’s well cushioned, and unfortunately, you will only add about 3 inches to your height. Oh, and they were handmade in Italy- if that means anything to you. They’re definitely not my favorite, but they’ll work for Easter shoes.
